Job Description

The role:

  • Relatioship Management: Ensure all GBM services and programs comply with local and international regulations. Act as the main point of contact between WTW and GBM clients for strategic subjects, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of issues. Promote GBM client satisfaction through exceptional service and customized solutions.
  • Client Retention: Implement retention strategies to ensure GBM clients remain satisfied and loyal. Conduct regular account reviews to identify improvement opportunities and proactively address any issues affecting client satisfaction. Develop and lead loyalty programs and engagement initiatives to reinforce retention.
  • Portfolio Expansion to Other Countries: Identify opportunities to expand current services into other countries in LATAM Coordinate with GBM teams to ensure offered solutions are tailored to local needs and comply with global regulations. Conduct market research and competitive analysi...
