Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create the project plans for BCP work stream, leads and manages the planning meetings across GBS (3 Centers) 
  • Identifies and manage the work streams interdependencies and addresses the project specific problems
  • Manages the adequate tracking and produce the regular reporting decks
  • Initiate the Change Request process and support the Functions to document the change and instruct the teams on the required routes
  • Identifies any risk and provide mitigation and additional implementation expertise as required
  • Organize update meetings and provide regular updates to the GBS Excomm

    • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree (e.g., in Economics or Business Administration, BCP)
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt will be additional advantage
  • Experience in a multinational company for a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar position, ideally consulting experience relevant to BCP area. <...
