**As a Customer Service Representative,** you will be the first line of contact for our external customers to ensure the success of every sale. Attention to detail is critical as you’ll be responsible for accurately inputting orders, sourcing to multiple manufacturing and fulfillment centers.
Main Responsibilities
- Has a wide understanding of the performed process, understanding in’s and out’s holistically, along with the full error impact
- Indicates process gaps and/or process enhancements - takes part as a junior consultant providing input in the BPI project for the same
- Proactively solves non-typical cases basing on his/hers own knowledge, local documents and other functions support
- Presents proactive approach and provides support for internal and external clients in order to resolve issues and queries (in/outside his/hers scope)
- Works independently under limited supervision
