Job Title: GCP Cloud Engineer

Experience: 35 Years

Location: Trichy

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on GCP

Configure and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies

Set up and maintain Virtual Private Cloud Service Controls (VPC SC)

Implement data encryption strategies across GCP resources

Deploy and manage GCP services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and Kubernetes Engine

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Deployment Manager, or similar tools

Monitor system health and troubleshoot performance issues

Ensure security, availability, and compliance of cloud infrastructure

Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Development teams to meet application and business needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

35 years of experience in cloud engineering with a strong focus on GCP

Solid understanding of GCP architecture and services

Proficient in scripting and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Deployment Manager

Hands-on experience with IAM, VPC, and GCP networking concepts

Strong knowledge of security practices including encryption and access controls

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience with monitoring tools like Stackdriver, Prometheus, or Grafana

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

GCP Certification (Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect) is a plus
