Job Description:
• Lead DMA WF initiatives and report Sharing
• Maintain relationships between Central Alerting, GECO, and Product Management.
• Launch and sustain alert management processes.
• Build and enhance dashboards to track alert resolution times. All on Google Chromebox Environment.
• Support monthly PA-POC calls, chat spaces, and documentation for alert launches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to answer queries and route them appropriately to remediation Teams
• Work with leadership to define and implement ideal-state processes.
Scaled Remediation Workstreams
• Lead SRO workstreams and maintain relationships with partner teams.
• Understand requirements quickly, build charters, and identify resource needs.
• Conduct periodic syncs with stakeholders and partner teams.
• Identify opportunities for SRO process integration.
• Build dashboards to monitor alert resolution timelines.
• Support strategic process development with Google PSS Team
Beyond Security
• Planning and execution for Cloud Janitor and Team graph Updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and scale support as needed.
• Contribute to dashboard/report development and script updates.
