The Role

  • Support the executionof Benefit Plan Administration on behalf ofonshore team in the Asia Pacific region, following agreed processes, tools and templates.

  • Core delivery will include:

    1. Administrative onboarding of new clients and assistance to enrolment processes ensuring data is updated

    2. Process, project and transaction management

    3. Support policy renewal activities

    4. Collect, validate and clean benefits enrolment and eligibility data

    5. Follow up with clients or vendors on required documents to complete or facilitate enrolment

    6. Reconciliation of data from Insurer, Vendor and Client. This means data reconciliation between insurers or vendors, clients, and WTW, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
