Overview

Support the execution of Benefit Plan Administration on behalf of the onshore team in the Asia Pacific region, following agreed processes, tools and templates.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative onboarding of new clients and assistance to enrolment processes ensuring data is updated
  • Process, project and transaction management
  • Collect, validate and clean benefits enrolment and eligibility data
  • Follow up with clients or vendors on required documents to complete or facilitate enrolment
  • Reconcile data from insurer, vendor and client, validating and cleaning enrolment and eligibility data and ensuring correctness of carrier/vendor listing
  • Liaise with internal processing teams to validate and clean benefits enrolment and eligibility data and ensure correctness of carrier/vendor invoice
  • Follow regulatory procedure as defined by originating country
