Gdl-new Process Engineer Screwing Specialist

Your tasks
- To introduce equipment and processes for automotive electronic devices following local and corporate standards.
- Technical sourcing of new equipments/technology
- Process characterization and process control definitions (e.g. SPC)
- Supports the definition of acceptance criterias for a given process
To perform Process Capability Analisys (pPCA), Machine Capability Analisys (MCA) and Measuremement System Analisys (MSA) To provide technical support to FF´s (e.g. maintenance team, process team) in properly defined instances
- To document process parameter changes in the defined documents and/or tool (e.g. 4PEP)
To implement engineering changes (ECR´s) as this is requested by internal customers (e.g. LPL, IPD) To certify its knowledge in other documents related to his/her position
- To continuosly support the definition and update of the PFMEA document related to common processes and to the processes under his / her resposnsibility
