The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team within EY. Part of the GDS GCO Enablement team in India, the counsel will work with legal/Global General Counsel’s Office (GCO) attorneys, and support EY’s business on client and vendor contracts. You will provide legal support to the business and become a trusted adviser of stakeholders (often at senior leadership level). You will be expected to assess and understand how risks can be best managed and mitigated

Your responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include the following: 

  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiation, finalization and advisory on vendor agreements (including statements of work and terms & conditions), Service agreements, framework agreements, proposals, sponsorship contracts, meeting, collaboration agreements and event agreements, Speaker services agreement, and other ancillary documentation, ad-hoc projects providing risk managem...
