Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Flight Ticketing Executive (for Night Shift) to manage ticketing operations during evening and night hours. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in airline ticketing and travel services, strong knowledge of GDS systems, and the ability to handle client queries efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ticketing Operations:
o Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage domestic and international tickets.
o Handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances as per client requirements.
o Monitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.
2. Customer Support:
o Provide customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift.
