Base Location

Chennai- WFO-work from office. - DAY SHIFT

Shift - 6.30 Am to 2AM (Any 9 hours)

Fixed weekend off - SATURDAY SUNDAY FIXED OFF

Year of Exp & CTC Exp: 1 -8 Years. CTC: 2LPA 5.5LPA (L1 & L2)

Skill set

Ticketing experience along with GDS- Minimum 1 year mandatory (we can look for the following tools "Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, World-span, Apollo, Pegasus").

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

Answer incoming calls & replying emails from corporate clients

Reservations for Air ticket, visa application, hotel reservations and other ad-hoc travel arrangement

Handling of feedback

Issue invoices

Manage Galileo booking system

Air Ticketing & use of GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Abacus or any form of GDS Air Ticketing reservation system)

Requirements:

To be able to handle existing clients and lead in new clients

At least1 to more years of working experience in the corporate ticketing department

Good command of English

Strong knowledge in Air Ticketing & use of GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Abacus or any form of GDS Air Ticketing reservation system)

Able to work on weekends and public holidays
