Job Description

Mission:

To execute the national sales strategy within the Spain, driving business objectives, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring operational excellence and compliance across the assigned dealer network. This role serves as the key link between the Spain headquarters and the regional market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Execution: Implement the national sales strategy and commercial policies. Achieve and exceed assigned annual/monthly targets for sales, market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Dealer Network Management: As the primary contact, manage, develop, and support the performance of dealerships within the region. Ensure their operational health and alignment with brand standards.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide accurate and timely market insights, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts specific to Spain to inform both local tactics and national strategy.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities for network development and sales growth within the region, leveraging local market knowledge.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with supply chain and service operations to ensure vehicle availability and support dealer service quality, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
  • Customer & Brand Advocacy: Ensure effective local rollout of customer satisfaction initiatives (e.g., NPS). Act as the primary brand ambassador within the region, resolving key customer feedback issues with high priority.
  • Compliance: Ensure all regional sales and dealer activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
