 JOB DESCRIPTION

'Accountable to-

  • Drive GEM (Garrett Excellence Model) Process establishment & maturity in the Plant in liason with Plant Leadership Team
  • Establish Digitization Process in the Plant inline with Global initiaves & with Industry 4.0 vision (in cooridnation with Global Digitization team)
  • Lead Improvement initiatives to achieve Operational Excellence by ensuring GEM maturity towards Diamond Status & implementing Best in class practices, RCCA, Kaizen culture, 5S
  • Ensure Pune Plant's Quality Management System is implement and being maintained in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Customer Specific requirements and Regulatory requirements along with implementation of Quality Policy-Objectives, Procedures & Effective audit management system.
