Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a GEM Tender Associate, based in Bhopal. The GEM Tender Associate will be responsible for managing government e-marketplace (GEM) tenders, including bid preparation, submission, and follow-up . The role involves coordinating with internal teams to gather required documentation, analyzing tender specifications, and ensuring compliance with guidelines. The associate will also liaise with clients to respond to inquiries and maintain accurate records of tender processes.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with GEM portal operations, tender bidding, and process management
• Proficiency in Documentation, Report Generation, and Compliance Verification
• Strong Communication Skills for client coordination and team collaboration
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and basic IT software tools
• Knwoledge of IT products such as laptops, desktops, networking equipment, or surveillance systems is a must.
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving aptitude
• Experience with government procurement processes is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or relevant field
