Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Gemologist / Jewelry Grader to join our team in Surat on a full-time, on-site basis within the Retail Luxury Goods & Jewelry industry . In this role, you will perform detailed grading and quality assessment of loose diamonds and diamond jewelry using advanced gemological tools, ensuring adherence to IGI’s globally recognized standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct grading and quality evaluation of loose diamonds
• Examine diamond jewelry and settings to determine quality and characteristics
• Use laboratory instruments for gemstone identification and analysis
• Ensure grading consistency and compliance with established standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and grading reports
• Collaborate with internal quality teams as needed

Working Structure & Compensation:

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Location: Surat
• Working Days: 6 days a week (Alternate Saturdays Off )
• Salary: relevant experience
• Notice Period Requirement: Immediate to maximum 10 days preferred

Qualifications & Skills:

• Relevant experience with 2 to 7 years in diamond grading or gemological assessment
• Strong gemology knowledge and technical expertise
• Excellent attention to detail and observation skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a structured, quality focused environment
