Gen AI Developer role at J&M Group
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, focusing on generative models (e.g., transformers, diffusion models, GANs).
- Proficiency with Python and relevant ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Data services.
- Expertise in data engineering and preprocessing using Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, or Synapse Analytics.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
- Experience deploying, monitoring, and scaling AI/ML models in production environments.
- Understanding of Responsible AI concepts, including fairness, interpretability, and privacy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
