Gen AI Lead

We are looking for a GenAI Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of Generative AI solutions. This role will lead AI initiatives end-to-end-from ideation and PoC to production-while remaining deeply hands-on with solution development and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of GenAI solutions and rapid PoCs aligned to business needs
• Hands-on development with LLMs , prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, agents, and fine-tuning
• Own the transition of PoCs to scalable, production-ready systems
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to define use cases and success metrics
• Evaluate and integrate GenAI frameworks, models, and cloud AI services
• Establish best practices for performance, security, and responsible AI usage
• Mentor and guide engineers on GenAI development
