Job Summary:We are seeking an experiencedGen AI Engineerwith knowledge in the finance domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technicalexpertisein AI/ML with an understanding of financial systems and processes. You willbe responsible fordesigning and implementing AI-driven solutions to ensure innovation, reliability, and compliance in our financial applications.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implementGen AI solutionsfor financial applications.
  • Build and optimizeAI/ML models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA) to integrate AI capabilities into business workflows.
  • Develop automation frameworks and pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices inAI model development, testing, and governance.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies inGenerative AI, LLMs, and MLOps.
  • Translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions with measurable impact.

    • Requirements:

  • Experience:4–8 years in AI/ML, software development, or related fields.
  • Graduate/Post-graduate degree inComputer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent quantitative field.
  • ProvenexpertiseinPython programming.
  • Strong understanding ofAI/ML concepts, model development, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools likeGIT(version control) andJIRA(task tracking).
  • Good understanding offinancial concepts and products.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.

    • Good To Have Skills:

  • Experience withfinancial modelsand risk analytics.
  • Programming knowledge inJavaScript.
  • Exposure toGen AI frameworks,LLM fine-tuning, andprompt engineering.
  • Familiarity withcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP) andMLOpspractices.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards in finance (, PCI-DSS, data privacy).
