Role Overview
We are seeking Generative AI Engineers to design, develop, and deploy Gen AI‑based solutions across engineering and enterprise use cases. The role involves working on LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI integration into scalable engineering systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines
Develop prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and inference workflows
Integrate Gen AI solutions with engineering platforms, enterprise systems, and APIs
Work with structured and unstructured data (documents, logs, code, specifications)
Deploy and manage Gen AI models on cloud platforms
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams for end‑to‑end delivery
Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and governance
Support POCs to production‑grade deployments
