Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Application Developer to join our team, focusing on Amazon Connect application development and configuration. The role involves building and maintaining contact flows, integrating AI technologies, ensuring data safety, and supporting web and chat integrations. This position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Amazon Connect Application Development and Configuration:
    Build, update, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, routing profiles, and queues for voice and chat channels.
    Integrate Lex V bots into Amazon Connect flows for call deflection, self-service transactions, and escalation.
    Enable and configure Contact Lens for real-time and post-contact analytics, transcription, summarization, sentiment analysis, and redaction.
