Sidel is seeking a GenAI Developer (Agentic Systems) to join our Center of Excellence.
Reporting to the IT Business Partner & Digital Innovation, you’ll be part of a high-impact team shaping Sidel’s enterprise GenAI ecosystem.
You will design, build, and maintain agentic, multi-LLM applications that power business processes across the enterprise. This role emphasizes backend engineering and AI orchestration — leveraging Python, Azure Cloud, and GenAI frameworks to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing AI services.

Your Mission

This resource will join the new Center of Excellence (CoE) for GenAI,
driving the execution and implementation of Sidel’s GenAI strategy with a
strong focus on agentic architectures, backend development, and Azure
Cloud integration.

Objectives of the Role & Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop backend components for agentic GenAI platforms.
  • Design and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and Azure AI Foundry Agents.
  • Build and deploy Python-based microservices and APIs integrating LLMs and enterprise data systems.
  • Leverage Azure services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Functions, Cosmos DB, App Services, Key Vault, Private Link, Monitor) to enable secure, production-grade solutions.
  • Implement intelligent retrieval strategies (RAG pipelines, hybrid search, embeddings, and caching) for contextually-aware agents.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to convert business needs into AI-powered microservices.
    Contribute to prompt-flow optimization, model evaluation frameworks, and fine-tuning pipelines.
  • Establish observability and governance, including telemetry, cost optimization, and traceability for GenAI agents.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Document and evangelize agentic design patterns, ensuring compliance with enterprise governance, RBAC, and privacy regulations (GDPR, AI Act).
  • Partner with global teams and vendors to integrate 3rd-party tools, APIs, and model endpoints into Sidel’s AI ecosystem.

    • Your Profile

  • 3–5 years in software development, with 2+ years hands-on in GenAI, agentic systems, or AI/ML integration projects.
  • Strong Python skills (FastAPI, Flask) with focus on microservices and backend architecture.
  • Proficiency in GenAI frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Autogen).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI stack (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Cosmos DB, Functions, App Services, Key Vault).
  • Good-to-have: Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio (plugin creation, custom connectors, orchestration with enterprise data).
  • Solid understanding of vector databases and RAG orchestration for contextual retrieval.
  • Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration, memory stores, and adaptive reasoning loops.
  • Proficient in DevOps tooling (CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Knowledge of API security, private networking, and role-based access controls.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and optimization mindset.
  • Excellent collaboration in Agile cross-functional teams.
  • Clear communication and technical storytelling skills to explain agentic architectures in business terms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Bonus: Exposure to MLOps, vector database tuning, or building autonomous multi-agent frameworks.
