Core Activities:

  • Collect and prioritize Business requirements for knowledge and project management use cases
  • Design, develop, and deploy Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Create and operate a corporate Copilot Agent Marketplace
  • Implement confluence centric use case based on ROVO
  • Define guidelines to produce AI-ready documentation and maximize agent performance
  • Monitor agent usage, performance, and impact on employee efficiency
  • Report progress and value realization quarterly to the program
