Role Overview

We are looking for a GenAI Tester to validate AI-driven applications such as chatbots, copilots, and RAG systems. The candidate will test model responses for accuracy, bias, reliability, and overall quality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute test cases for LLM / GenAI applications
  • Validate outputs for relevance, factual accuracy, bias, and hallucinations
  • Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing of AI features
  • Automate testing for APIs and AI pipelines using Python / Postman
  • Collaborate with developers to refine prompts and improve output quality
