Job Description

Responsible for managing company’s accounts payable functions. Including – processing invoices, arranging timely vendor payments, and maintaining financial records. You will work closely with other departments to streamline the accounts payable process.

  • Prepare Accounts Receivable Reports for Individual sales person
  • Prepare Daily Bank Report
  • Accounts Receivable Follow-up
  • Prepare Weekly Collection Report
  • VAT Filing
  • Payroll Processing
  • Assisting in Auditing
  • Monthly GP closing
  • Monthly PNL closing

We are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, accounting, or similar field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an accounts payable or related financial role in Shipping / logistics industry is highly preferred.
