  • Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of ledgers.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions as needed.
  • Perform task related to billing and collections.

-B.S Accounting Graduate or any 4 yr. Business Course

-At least 1 year experience related to general accounting, billing and collections, etc.

-Good analytical skills and keen attention to details

-Ability to maintain high level of accuracy and confidentiality in processing financial information

-With knowledge and background related to general accounting, billing and collections, etc.
