**Main Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of financial statements
- Providing information for audits
- Analysis of strategic options for tax reduction
- Collection and analysis of financial information
- Tax payment administration
- Legal guidance to clients
- Internal legal training
- Compliance with legal formalities
- Personnel management (including personal goals, performance interviews, training needs)
- Preparation of tax returns and related forms
**Knowledge in**:
- Bank reconciliations and clearances
- Policy records, income, expenses, and provisions
- Accounting and tax updates
- Accounting ERPs, financial and legal standards, IMSS and INFONAVIT
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting/finance
