General Accountant

Responsibilities

Responsible for the preparation and review of the financial statements of assigned origin/overseas branch and compliance with tax regulations. Provide assistance to the Manager - Accounting International and International Accounting Section Head in the overall financial recording and reporting functions of the group. Initiate coordination with operations (origins) and other units concerned as needed to ensure timely collection of data necessary to deliver financial statements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• Preferably Certified Public Accountant
• At least 3 years in general accounting
• Knowledge in IAS/IFRS
• Knowledge of finance, accounting and tax. Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
