Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Processes and reviews payables
  2. Reviews SOAs/billing statements and prepares corresponding RCPs
  3. Controls utilization of approved budget
  4. Reconciles bank and balance sheet accounts, including clearing
  5. Performs periodic accrual monitoring, recording and analysis
  6. Maintains subsidiary and general ledger accounts
  7. Performs closing activities like amortizations and adjustments, among others.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Graduate of BS Accountancy
  2. At least 2 years of experience in General Accounting with background on specific functions stated in the Job Summary.
  3. Diligence and keenness to details
  4. Effective time management
  5. Business know-how
  6. Proficiency in Excel
  7. Working knowledge of SAP
  8. Candidates must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
