Job Description

  • Preparation of Financial Statements
  • Preparation of Income Statement / Balance Sheet
  • Preparation of daily cash position report
  • Supervision / Management of daily activities for Billing and Collection, Accounts Payable and Taxation
  • Calculates Payroll and Allowances and executes payments to electronic system
  • Prepares payment schedule for remittances to SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig
  • Management of monthly and annual closing reports, including reconciliations and analysis or related accounts
  • Prepares and review various monthly, quarterly and annual tax filings such as VAT, Withholding Tax on Compensation and Expanded, DST, Final Tax, Annual Income Tax Return and other tax returns as they arise
  • Provides training to new and existing staff as needed
  • Performs other accounting related tasks
