General Accountant

The General Accounting Specialist is responsible for both executing and overseeing the full Record to Report cycle, including journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, tax accounting, and month-end close. This role blends hands-on processing expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, allocations, and adjustments
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls and deadlines
