Responsibilities:

• Responsiblefor metrics reporting function for entire company's Business Services(BS) Finance.
• Supportthe roll out of the different initiatives that the company's BS Finance is involved in.
• Act asconduit between the Initiatives team and operational teams as necessary.
• Lendexpertise in different operational matters within the company's BS Finance.
• Identifyopportunities for improvement and be able to bring these to the properchannels for implementation.
• Take partin other non-functional initiatives affecting entire company's BS Finance asnecessary.

Qualifications:

• Graduateof BS Accountancy
• Must be aCPA
• witth 6years’ experience in RTR - preferably in a shared service industry but notrequired
• Andhandled at least 2000 HCs
• Metricsdriven/OPEX (6 Sigma) Trained.
