Role Description

  • Oversee and manage the accounting team by delegating work, offering chances for growth and development, and doing performance reviews.
  • In charge of overseeing the creation of budgets, reports, and financial statements, making sure they are accurate and compliant with legal and accounting standards.
  • Oversee the month-end and year-end close procedures, which encompass financial analysis, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Examine and evaluate financial information to find patterns, outliers, and potential areas of development.
  • Create and put into place internal controls, accounting rules, and processes to protect business assets and guarantee adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
