Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing company permits, licenses, and other legal or compliance documents.
  • Handle petty cash, fund liquidation, and basic financial documentation.
  • Monitor and coordinate utilities, office supplies, and inventory of fixed assets.
  • Process requests for mobile loads, communication allowances, and related reimbursements.
  • Track usage and process payments for office equipment.
  • Coordinate with security personnel and review attendance logs and roving sheets.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and databases for general affairs activities.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers or service providers.
  • Support other administrative and general affairs functions as assigned by management.
