General Assistant, 4 days a week

As a General Assistant, you will:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner in line with established menus and recipes.

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain and restock the coffee bar.

• Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house areas, including organising dishes and utensils.

• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.

• Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.

• Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.

• Participate in training sessions and meetings related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
