Retail Banking

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

  • At least 1 yaer GBO experience

  • Hold IIQE/ SFC Licences will be an advantage

    • What you'll be doing on the job

  • Overseeing the teller/counter operations to ensure transactions (cash deposits/withdrawals, cheque processing, remittances) are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with procedures.

  • Personally handling or thoroughly verifying the process of opening new accounts (savings, current, FD), ensuring KYC compliance is perfect.


  • Actively identifying opportunities to sell non-credit retail banking products to walk-in and existing customers. This includes:


    Savings/Current Accounts


    Fixed Deposits & Recurring Deposits


    Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards, and Forex Cards


    Digital Banking products (Mobile/Net Banking, UPI)


    Third-party products like Insurance and Mutual Funds (as a referral agent)




  •  Working towards individual and team targets for CASA (Current Account Savings Account) growth and product penetration.
