Full Time, Open ended.

This role is an onsite role, and you will be based on our Loughborough campus. The rate of pay is open to a Market Supplement. 

The working hours are Monday – Friday, though on call availability via rota is required for this role which will include overnight and weekends.

Here’s more about the role and what we’re looking for:

The successful candidate will join a team of Builders, Joiners and Maintenance Operatives working together on our Loughborough Campus completing reactive and planned maintenance tasks, alongside Plumbers and Electricians. 

You would be expected to carry out a variety of general building work, with a focus on roof works and working at heights. Our tasks require you to commute across campus to complete works for students, staff members and tenants across campus.
