We are seeking a senior legal leader to oversee and guide the legal function for an established enterprise operating in India and the United States. The Head – Legal will deliver strategic legal advice and ensure compliance with telecommunications, data protection/privacy, and AI governance requirements while partnering closely with product, engineering, and cross‑functional teams to align legal risk management with business and technology priorities.

Contract Review & Negotiation

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including MSAs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and other business agreements.
• Partner with business and sales teams to facilitate timely contract closures while ensuring legal risk mitigation.
