Responsibilities You will serve as aGeneral Engineer and be responsible for performing a variety of professional naval engineering work as a general engineer. The incumbent performs professional engineering work in diverse areas such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and naval architecture and marine engineering while preparing engineering designs and specifications for the alteration, repair, installation, redesign, or maintenance of complex system and machinery on Coast Guard vessels within the jurisdiction of WMEC Product Line.
