The position reports to and is supervised by the Grow Farm Manager.

The position of General Farm Labor  is responsible for assisting the farm manager in the daily chores associated with the operations of the farm.

This will include to sanitize, disinfect, and maintain company farm buildings and equipment as well as to maintain the health and wellbeing of the turkeys on a Grow Farm   General Farm Laborer responsibilities include but are not limited to:
