Schedule Full-Time, 1st Shift
Wage: Up to $20/per hour (Depending on Experience)
Job Description: A local company in Dubuque is seeking a dependable general laborer to support daily operations within its production department. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth workflow by transporting raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Load and unload materials from trucks using various equipment as needed
+ Move materials to designated areas within the facility to support manufacturing and production
+ Maintain accurate records of material movements and assist with inventory tracking
+ Participate in inventory organization, cycle counts, and general warehouse maintenance
+ Adhere to all company safety standards and operational procedures
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment needed
+ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
+ High attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are essential
