You will participate in a variety of construction projects as they near completion.

Specifically, we have opportunities for you if you have experience in the following areas:
+ General Construction site labor and unit cleanup
+ Landfill Clean Up
+ Detailed interior cleaning
+ Painting
+ Drywall patching and texture
+ Traffic control/Flagging

To be successful in this position, you must work well as part of a team and individually, enjoy working indoors/outdoors, maintain quality production at a fast pace and be able to meet the physical demands of the positionGeneral Responsibilities based on specific roles may include:
+ Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
+ Supporting skilled tradesman and assisting as needed with punch-list, finish work, drywall patching, texture, painting, minor repairs and other construction tasks
+ Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
+ Removing debris from sites and final cleaning of units before handover
+ Following all health and safety regulations.

+ Reliability and dependability is a must.
