General Laborer

General Laborer - 17/hr - Entry Level!

Responsibilities

• Sweep shop floors and properly discard of scrap.
• Move large scrap containers using a forklift.
• Support the shipping and receiving department by packaging and labeling items.
• Make cuts on saw for the welding team.
• Deburr parts as necessary.
• Work in the paint booth by blasting, priming, and painting.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in shop math, including adding and subtracting decimals and fractions.
• Ability to read a tape measure down to the 32nd of an inch.
• At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience operating a paint booth and forklift is advantageous.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with blasting, priming, and painting in a paint booth.
• Sit down forklift experience is a plus.
