General Labourer

Action Workforce are currently seeking multiple experienced general labourers to join our team in Dandenong, operating machinery and vehicles, ect. 


Whats in it for you:

  • Full-time hours paid at a casual rate

  • $35+ per hour

  • Weekly pay cycle

  • Ongoing position with an opportunity for permanency for the right candidate

  • Paid overtime

  • Immediate start

  • Day shift - Monday to Friday

    • About the role

  • Undertake general housekeeping duties, ensuring a high standard is maintained.

  • Prepare plant, and machinery work areas, as required.

  • Operate machinery and vehicles ( ie. Forklift)

  • Perform general maintenance and cleaning on equipment.

  • Provide accurate stock availability, reports and purchasing requirements, as required. 

  • Complete accurately all paperwork and reporting as directed and required.

  • Maintain a professional image and deliver high quality customer service at all times


    • Qualifications & experience:

  • Full, unrestricted Australian driver's License

  • Be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen

  • Experience in operating a forklift 

  • Knowledge in the waste industry (Desirable)

  • First aid certificate and Fire extinguisher training (Desirable) 

  • Current police check or willing to get one
