What's this role about?

We are looking for a General Ledger Accountant who will be responsible for:

US Payroll activities:

• Assist the US Payroll team (reviewing news sent by HR team, gathering information, and supporting in any audit requests).
• Be in contact with states government agencies in regards of Payroll tax filings, solving issues and discrepancies.
• Payroll and payroll taxes booking in GL and account reconciliations.
• Payroll Benefits administration and related bookings in the GL.

GL activities:

• Support with other GL and cash management operational activities.

Procedures and others:

• Be a team player, building a very good work relationship with other Finance teams.
• Stay in contact with US government agencies.
• Implement and maintain accounting procedures to comply with internal control requirements.
