Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

Our Group AFC function is looking for an intern who will join the Administration team and support on the following activities:

  • Assist the team with general administrative tasks as required.

  • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger including the preparation, verification, and input of journal entries.

  • Participate in selected General Ledger accounting activities to enable local and group accounting and statutory financial requirements to be met.

  • Manage billing Core and No Core invoice release.

  • Bank reconciliation.

  • Support in the management (creation, periodic depreciation and disposal) of fixed assets process.

  • Support timely effective books closing ensuring respect of Group closing calendar.

  • Support accounting managers and team members on arising accounting issues or anomalies promptly highlighting them.
