**General Ledger Accounting (Shared Services)**
**Main Tasks**:
- Monthly, quarterly and year-end closing
- Balance sheet analysis and reconciliation
- Preparation of accruals, prepayments, payroll and record of journal entries
- Resolution of accounting discrepancies
- Registration and maintenance of fixed assets
- Manage and reconciliation of intercompany activity
- Manage taxes of the different subsidiaries (VAT, CIT, transfer pricing, etc)
- Functional areas of responsibility may include accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ensure that company’s internal accounting policy and procedures are applied and followed across the different departments Prepare and present Financial Reports, meeting all financial reporting deadlines Implementation of new finance tools and systems
- Participate in special GBSB projects and ad hoc reporting as requested The role may include:
