Overview
Under a minimal level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for the Paycor General Ledger product. Ensures good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with Paychex policies and procedures. Proactively educates and informs clients, and initiates improvements based on client feedback. The specialist will possess extensive knowledge of payroll, accounting, and general ledgers to maximize their business productivity, client satisfaction and ultimately retention.
Responsibilities
- Works directly with Paycor’s clients to create and review a customized general ledger using Paycor’s software platform meeting high standards for timeliness and accuracy.
