General Ledger Specialist

The Senior General Ledger Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting maintaining compliance with accounting standards (e.g. IFRS / US GAAP / Canada and Ireland) and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. This role will collaborate with AP / AR / Controller teams and provide insights to improve financial processes and controls.

• Prepare and review journal entries account reconciliations and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS / USGAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Analyze variances and provide explanations for management reporting.
• Support audits (internal and external) and ensure timely resolution of findings.
