Seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Liability Claims Adjuster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving general liability claims in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a strong understanding of general liability insurance policies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to handle complex claims with minimal supervision.

Salary

  • 96K - $100K +/Year (based on experience)

    • Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Would be working school district claims.

  • Would be handling child sexual assault claims (50%)

  • Litigated Desk 80%

  • Claims are for school districts with over 110 members across California

  • Claims fall under Government Tort Claims Act

    • Education and/or Experience

  • Need to have 3-5 years of litigation claims experience.
