Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM. NO WEEKENDS!!
Type: FullTime, Non-Exempt
Wage: starts at $16.50

Must-haves to apply for this job:
18+ years of age
Able to pass a drug test
Prior maintenance experience
Willingness to train to operate order/cherry picker, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or similar equipment
What will give you an edge:
1+ years of experience performing general building maintenance functions.
Experience with painting, general plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance.
Knowledge of mechanical building construction of commercial properties.
